Since this world came into existence, variety of people kept on coming here and then departed. Whosoever was born here had to face death. Every thing has a life span. Trees live lot longer than human beings and animals. Mountains have the longest life span but ultimately they too have to die one day. Every thing here is temporary and faces an end. If we minutely analyze the process of life and death, it is revealed that human being comes from somewhere…….and then goes somewhere……..and leaves in such a way that it is not known where he has left for…….as no body has ever returned to tell about his whereabouts……..but this process of coming and going is so sure that no one in the world can deny it…….from Adam to this day history tells that this world is a temporary abode! Like a traveler who visits a city and stays for some days in a hotel, does the chores……and returns where he came from…….in the same pattern a person in this world perform various duties in life…….passes thru phases of childhood, teen age, blooming youth and old age…….faces happiness and pains……some times fell ill and sometimes enjoys the flavors of health……..some people commit atrocities on other people (fellow travelers) and some in this temporary resting place remain benevolent to others…….. All the needs of the traveler……..sentiments and feelings and logical conclusion of his whole life is that he came from somewhere and in the same way leaves the staying place for the unknown! Where he leaves for? No body knows………neither the traveler nor the countless travelers living in the hotel know!....……..to come from somewhere………stay for some period……….after a short stay migrate from here to there……reveals that the traveler is passing through three stages of life. ….one life is where we were before our birth. ….second life is after the birth on this planet…….and the third life is that every child born on this earth attains youth, old age and compulsorily migrates to some place. Birth means the soul comes from the spiritual world…….exhibits in variety of faces wearing a dress which is made of flesh and bones……everyone loves this new face…….people feel happy…….the child’s innocence adores everyone….. When the child turns into an adult and acts against the nature i-e indulges in jealousy, back biting, enmity, greed and never ending lust leading to selfishness the innocent face becomes harsh……. When evil is spread on earth in a bid to rule the beautiful face becomes ugly and beautiful features become mutilated spoiling the whole personality. Men becomes so engrossed in accumulating wealth and other worldly items, more than what he needs, that time ends with the arrival of angel of death. A person whether resides in a 100-room palace or lives in a small cottage…….loves to travel in luxurious sedans or a person who walks on foot in scorching heat…….a person belonging to a huge family or living alone in a cave……their ultimate abode is a six feet pit……..which indicates that be it a king or slave, rich or poor, men and women strong or weak……..all will perish in dirt!!......... The material body remains active until the soul is holding it and when the soul breaks the connection the material body is buried in earth and perishes!........once a traveler reached near a town after covering long distance and asked a person sitting in a jungle……..which way is the “residential colony”?........the person gestured towards a direction……..and the traveler followed. He reached a graveyard. He felt very annoyed………and returned back enquiring “oh old man! Why you guided me wrong. The place you showed……..is a graveyard”. The old man said, “you asked for the “residential colony”.......I have grown old living here……..but I yet to see anyone returning back after going in this direction. Residential colony means……. where one permanently resides and doesn’t return back”. From infancy to adolescent, from prime youth to old age………passing through any phase of life………the physical body is converted into dust particles!........ The new born in this world finds this place already lived and occupied by many and when leaving this world men wear a dress of two white sheets……..you wear borrowed clothes at birth and wear borrowed dress at death……… It is being said that the world is something temporary……..when every passenger has to disembark this train one day, then why we come to this world? And when we don’t know why we came here then why we like to stay here?....... Hazoor Qalander Baba Aulia (RA) once narrated me a story that long ago a man reached an age where all his family members had died. He would collect fire wood from the forest and sell it to earn his living. Once he collected lot of fire woods but couldn’t find strength to lift and put them over his head to carry them. He felt very sad and wept. With sorrow he said, “Even the angel of death has discarded me and doesn’t feel any sympathy for me. Why I am alive until now when all my family has died. Why I am not dying?” The angel of death was somewhere near, appeared and asked the old man,” Can I be of any help?” The old man trying to recognize the angel of death with his weak eyes enquired, “May I know who you are?” He replied, “I am angel of death!! You were just calling me so here I am and how can I serve you”. The old man said, “Son! I will be very grateful if you could lift these fire woods and put them over my head”. May be human being doesn’t want to die, but somehow faces death…….May be he doesn’t want to live here but is forced to live here……….Still man doesn’t agree that my stay here is temporary!....... God made this whole universe so that there is some creation, which after seeing the beauty and architecture of this temporary abode aims to find Who created all this? And realizes that how beautiful is Who has engineered and scattered this beauty in every corner of this universe. In this world man has to follow one of two tracks…….good track or bad track!........track of God or track of evil!........the man decides the track, God, in order to make man realize, has declared to the extent that I am even more near you than your life line!..........if man walks along the track leading to God step by step, he shall reach the stage of realization of God!.......
